This is the pork we use as a staple at our shop, sourced from Yamagata Prefecture. It has a very good balance of lean and fatty meat, making it a versatile type of meat. Not only does it have high-quality umami flavor and no strong taste, but it also contains about three times the amount of vitamin E found in regular pork, making it a healthy choice. This pork is produced with care, and you can see the face of the diligent producers behind it.

The meat from Kagoshima Prefecture has a fine texture and good bite. Due to the long breeding period, it has a rich umami flavor and high nutritional value.
