WAKAMARU Chicken soup is made by carefully filling the cavity with five grains and other ingredients in a broth made from Chinese herbs imported from Korea, and then slowly simmering it.
It is a chicken hot pot of medicinal herbal origin, made by stuffing glutinous rice and other grains into the cavity of a whole young chicken and stewing it in an earthenware pot filled with ginseng, jujube beauty, deer antler, and homemade soup stock (hot water). This dish is said to be effective for beauty and health, and we are proud to offer this exquisite dish.
Samgyeopsal is the most famous Korean barbecue dish! This and a choice of three types of chige (hot pot) make up the harmony of this typical Korean dish.
The main dish is bulgogi, a typical Korean beef dish filled with mushrooms. The price of the dish with matsutake mushrooms will be charged at market price.
You can enjoy "Samgyeopsal" seared on a special Korean iron plate, and finish with the most popular Umeda dish, Ishiyaki Bibimbap with home-made namulutap and fried egg, which is very satisfying.
Ajiya's original jjigae with tteokbokki and odeng and the popular samgyeopsal are a collaboration♪ The jjigae with spicy broth, chewy tteokbokki, crunchy vegetables and Korean hanpen (called odeng) cannot be found in any other restaurant♪
