As you pass through the vermilion gate, a stone path and chic black interior spread out before you, filling you with excitement. Each room is private, and the curved counter and red chairs create a special atmosphere. Different cooking methods are used for each part, with roasters, charcoal, and iron plates, enhancing the aroma and texture beautifully. There is a presentation of the ingredients at the beginning, and the luxurious lineup of sea urchin, matsutake mushrooms, and caviar makes your heart race. The tartare and sashimi of the meat have a melting texture, and you can clearly feel the difference in flavor. Each dish is carefully presented, and I felt that it was a course that provided high satisfaction until the very end.
