Freshly sliced ham with authentic flavor using an Italian manual slicer, along with freshly cut fruits, prepared upon your order. The synergy between the saltiness of the ham and the sweetness and acidity of the fruits is very delicious. The image shows melon and peach.
This is water buffalo mozzarella cheese air-freighted weekly, not frozen. Please enjoy the milky and juicy deliciousness that can only be experienced with water buffalo.
A Caprese salad with milky buffalo mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. This image was taken when colorful tomatoes arrived from a farmer in Tanba during the peak season for tomatoes in October. In months without arrivals, only red tomatoes are used. It is a simple dish that only requires cutting, resulting in a menu with a cost ratio exceeding 50%.
We receive freshly picked organic vegetables every week from Fuenomichi Farm, a contracted farm in Tanba that carefully cultivates them. Enjoy the natural flavors and richness of the vegetables with our homemade sauce made from butter, garlic, anchovies, and olive oil. The vegetables are seasonal, so they change every month.
