This is a calm restaurant located on a high floor just a short walk from Shibuya Station, where you can also enjoy the view. I was seated in a box seat, allowing me to relax without worrying about my surroundings. The sweet and sour pork has a straightforward sweet and sour flavor, and the pork and bamboo shoots are delicious. The appetizers are beautifully colorful, and the fried wontons have a crispy skin that makes it hard to stop eating. The shark fin soup has a rich chicken broth flavor, with a pleasant nuance of savory soy sauce, and adding just a little black vinegar enhances its depth. The crab and lettuce fried rice features fluffy eggs, fragrant rice, and a good balance of the savory taste of ham and the texture of lettuce.
