Roasted Peking Duck
Roasted Peking duck 15,400 yen for half a duck, 27,500 yen for a whole duck. After enjoying the skin, the meat is chopped into pieces and served as 'Peking-style stew'. It is said that the deliciousness of the specially raised duck skin, known as 'Peking Duck', was established in the mid-Ming Dynasty in Beijing. Using traditional techniques learned from Beijing, the duck is coated with honey and air-dried for two days before being finished by hanging and roasting in a special oven.
