Beneath it lies a rich New York cheesecake tart blended with three types of cheese: cream cheese, fromage blanc, and camembert. This year, we added mochi to the previously popular '22-Layer Amaou Milk Crepe Cheese Tart,' evolving it into a more 'chewy texture' with 32 layers. This is a reward cake that allows you to enjoy both crepe and cheesecake at once.
