This is a course that allows you to enjoy Osaka's B-class gourmet cuisine, starting with an appetizer of sujipon (beef tendon marinated in ponzu sauce), followed by Kansai-style oden, mizu gyoza, dashi-maki tamago (rolled egg with soup stock), five kinds of kushikatsu (pork cutlet), teppanyaki beef hormone, and our specialty half udon with sakekasu to finish, and 90 l.o. of free-flowing drinks. 1 Sujipon: Beef sinew slowly simmered and sliced into thin slices, then marinated in ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu vinegar). The crunchy texture and the refreshing ponzu sauce make it an exquisite dish. 2 Oden 2 kinds of oden with Kansai-style soup stock. The course includes two kinds of oden: the most popular daikon radish and Kansai's unique beefsteak. 3 Mizugyoza Osaka is also famous for its gyoza (dumplings). This time, we serve Mizugyoza with chives. 4 Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) Dashi-maki tamago (rolled egg) is made with dashi broth and baked quickly on a griddle every day. Please enjoy it while it is still hot. 5 Kushikatsu (five kinds of skewers) Our specialty! The batter is thin and crispy, and we serve the day's recommended five kinds of skewers with sweet homemade sauce!
