Established in the 22nd year of the Meiji era, it uses the moromi from the long-established miso and soy sauce brewery 'Misakiya' in Tochio, resulting in an 'ultra-rich' flavor. It can be enjoyed with a baguette or lightly grilled 'Tochio Aburage' from a wood-fired oven.
