Refreshing aroma, light and smooth taste, with a moderate sweetness, overall well-balanced flavor. This summer sake has a pleasant sharpness and low alcohol content.
Yamadanishiki, born as the child of Watashifune No. 2 as the father and Yamada Ho as the mother. Both sake rice are polished up to 40%, slowly brewed at low temperature, further aged for one year in ice temperature after bottling.
Seven sake breweries in Katsuyama, Suminoe, Hakuraku Hoshi, Yamawa, Hagino Tsuru, Urakasumi, Koganesawa, and within Miyagi Prefecture collaborate to create this set. This year, two leading breweries have brewed with the same raw rice and polishing ratio to express the deliciousness while showcasing the individuality of each brewery. [Yamawa Style] Refreshing aroma and clear taste. The beautiful acidity and delicate umami enhance various dishes. [Hagino Tsuru Style] A fresh, apple-like aroma with gentle sweetness of rice. Elegant acidity tightens the overall flavor.
Honey and Japanese plum wine
Made using the distinctive filtration method of 'Red Rabbit' with the raw material 'purple sweet potato'. The fruity aroma unique to the raw material emerges, offering a sweet and rich flavor.
This is a top-notch masterpiece that combines the ancient traditional handmade method of making koji, using kame jars for fermentation, distillation in wooden barrels, and the small-scale brewing technique of kame jar storage. You can enjoy the complex and deep aroma and flavor unique to handmade brewing, as well as the elegant and calm aroma and soft, smooth mouthfeel of kame jar fermentation.
The exceptionally well-prepared water with a sweet and excellent taste of ultra-soft water enhances the sweetness and aroma of the potato. Bold sharpness and a fragrant flavor!

This is a set of five small dishes recommended for those who want to enjoy a variety of flavors even when dining alone! While it is definitely a 'beer', the sweetness and acidity of mikan gently linger.
