Aljano Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 20%, Petit Verdot 25%, Sangiovese 5%. A Super Tuscan created by Giacomo Taccis. Aromas of ripe fruits like cassis and dark cherry, along with espresso, tobacco, mint, and licorice. The flavor is filled with fruit, offering depth and volume. To enhance the power of the vineyard, chemical fertilizers are limited as much as possible, and biodynamic preparations are also used.
A blend of Carignano and Cannonau primarily based on Bovale from Alghero. 50% of the barrels used for aging were from the flagship 'Turgar' of Alghero, which utilized the indigenous Sardinian variety Bovale, aged in barrels for 10 to 12 months and then underwent 6 months of bottle aging before release.
