◆ An Encounter with a Legend, Awaiting You ◆ Our restaurant specializes in "Legendary Wagyu," a beef whose rarity is said to surpass even that of Kobe. We feature the Takenotani Tsuru Ushi, the oldest cattle lineage in Japan and a true root of modern Wagyu. And the Ibusana Ushi, a miraculous hybrid that fuses the Tsuru Ushi's powerful red meat umami with the sweet, melt-in-your-mouth fat of modern Kuroge Wagyu. We serve the most brilliant cuts of the day, prepared as steak or for yakiniku. The daily-changing menu, written on our blackboard, represents an ichigo ichie—a once-in-a-lifetime encounter that may never be repeated. We invite you to savor a world of incredibly deep umami. ◆ Our Hours ◆ ▶ Dinner: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Last Order 10:30 PM) ▶ Lunch (Sat, Sun & Holidays only): 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM (Last Order 2:00 PM) *During our lunch hours, you can enjoy the same exquisite dishes from our grand dinner menu. ◆ For Anniversaries & Special Occasions ◆ We would be honored to help you celebrate your special day. You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake (no fee applies). We can also prepare a special birthday plate for you (a separate fee applies). To help us make your occasion a truly memorable one, please contact us in advance. 【Regarding Cancellations】 For any cancellations or changes in the number of guests on the day of the reservation, a cancellation fee (100% of the course price, or ¥5,000 per person for seat-only reservations) will be charged. We appreciate your understanding.

Maniac. It's tough if you can't talk to meat. This is a restaurant where you talk to meat. It is best to go with about 4 people. Let's all be meat lovers. Talking about work? No, no, no. Talk about love? No. Let's talk only about meat! That's how serious this restaurant is. If you don't go with that kind of spirit, it's disrespectful to the meat. It's not a meek store. We are stoic. They control every second of the grilling process. Owner. He is a very famous person. You talk meat with him and enjoy it. Put it in your mouth and close your eyes. It is such a maniac store. I would like to go there once a year to check my meat level. Please come and check your meat level!

Kei Kurusu of the famous restaurant Bonnieux just opened in May and is a completely introductory restaurant 🙌🙌 You can enjoy various parts of the fantastic Ibusana beef, only 10 heads of which are shipped per year🙆🙆. Anyway, every part of the beef has great flavor‼️New genre of yakiniku 🙌🙌 The basic salt is used to bring out the best flavor, but the non-sweet dipping sauce is also excellent 👍! I have a feeling it will be even more difficult to make reservations🙆🙆 🙆🙆Eating log 3.53

I've been to. # This yakiniku restaurant is owned by Kei Kurusu, the owner of #! Pure Japanese black beef "Take-no-Tani Vine Beef" and which is a crossbreed of Japanese Black Wagyu Beef Ibusana Beef", which is a rare breed of beef. Only 10 head per year, 🐄🐄. The one in the photo is called #Stake Ash The one in the photo is called #stake ash, It is made by coarsely chopping the neck meat or fillet and rolling it up like a small hamburger steak, without any joints. Personally, I liked this one the best 😀. Taste 8 The meat was firm, lean, and delicious! Service 6 Not too bad, not too bad Atmosphere 6 It had a mysterious atmosphere. Cost 6: It was over 3,000 yen for yakiniku. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's not outstanding, #I would recommend it to anyone.

Ibusana beef ONLY grilled like a steak! How many times have you had it? It's too delicious! A piece of meat is only cooked when everything is right, from the height of the grill table, to the hour-long slow charring, to Kei-san's exquisite grilling!!! #🐄

A solitary renowned restaurant that has pursued the essence of bringing out the simple flavor of beef as an ingredient. I would dare to say that this style is classic.
