We have set up a plan that had been offered at the request of our regular customers as the top course of black beef. All of the dishes are prepared with the highest quality. The chateaubriand is a very special dish that uses only the center of the fillet of black beef. The meat is served one dish at a time and grilled by a dedicated staff member so that you can concentrate on your meal and conversation. You can choose your favorite soup, rice or noodle as your finishing dish from the restaurant's entire menu, which is also very popular. The Red Meat Course is full of the charm of red meat. We have devised various ways of eating (cutting, seasoning) to make the most of the characteristics of each meat so that it does not become monotonous. Unlike ice with holes in it made by ice machines, it does not melt easily and looks beautiful. Hidden specialties! This is a makgeolli made purely from rice without the use of additives, pressed fresh without heat sterilization. Fermentation continues in the bottle, and it is characterized by a slight carbonation. Since no sugars are added, it is dry and pairs excellently with grilled meat. There is also a selection process by the producers, so if you find it in a store, it is a lucky product. Currently, it is being stably supplied, so please enjoy.
