This is a special course that includes our authentic Kansai Oden, fresh sashimi of the day from Toyosu, popular beef stew, and Dashi Curry for the end of the course, as well as a 3-hour all-you-can-drink package! The all-you-can-drink package includes 3 hours (2 hours and 30 minutes L.O.) of draft beer, sours, domestic whiskey, dashiwari, and even Japanese sake! This course is recommended for the month of March and April when there are many welcome and farewell parties!
Our special soup stock is a blend of three types of 100% Hokkaido kelp purchased from Osaka Tenma. Starting with obanzai made with seasonal ingredients, 10 kinds of authentic Kansai-style oden and sashimi of fresh fish directly shipped from Toyosu. This is a superb course that includes all of our signature dishes, including tender beef tenderloin and rice to finish. In addition, the 3-hour all-you-can-drink package includes all types of sake, draft beer, sours, and soup stock! Please spend a small but superb time with us. It is written as 'Japanese Sword' and read as 'katana'. We use water sourced from the mountains of the Southern Alps, specifically from the Akaishi range, as the brewing water. To create a more refined junmai sake, we take a longer brewing period and slowly extract the alcohol. It has a gentle ginjo aroma, a clean and firm mouthfeel, and a crisp extra dry flavor.
This junmai sake, which challenges the polishing rate to 70%, is meant to let you experience the umami of rice. According to the brewmaster, 'I thought it would have a rougher taste, but it turned out to have an surprisingly clean flavor.' This is a highly recommended bottle!

The alcohol content is also lighter and finished as a genshu, achieving a soft mouthfeel while further pursuing a crisp finish! Instead of explicitly stating 'super dry,' it simply features the character 'super' to represent its characteristics. This is a friendly classic sake that pairs well with food and can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures.

This cold unfiltered sake is brewed with 'Yamada Nishiki' rice that has been polished flat.
