Yahiro Maru Shimbashi Port is a store directly operated by Yahiro Maru Co., Ltd., a fresh fish wholesaler in Miyazaki, delivering high-quality fresh fish caught in nearby waters, sourced directly from producers (fishermen) at five fishing ports in Miyazaki Prefecture, to restaurants mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Although the term 'directly sourced' can refer to various distribution methods, due to this background, our store can provide 'real direct fresh fish' that is airlifted and shipped directly from the fishing ports of origin. We can confidently say, 'You will understand once you taste it.'
Our fresh fish division staff from Miyazaki goes to various fishing ports every day to directly purchase freshly caught fish from producers. The purchased fresh fish undergoes treatments such as live chilling and nerve removal, and under thorough freshness management, it is airlifted and directly delivered to Tokyo, Shimbashi.
