Not only the food, but also the clothing, food, housing, culture, customs, and atmosphere, we want to provide a time that feels just like being in Vietnam. This is the concept of the Vietnamese restaurant, Nha Vietnam. In September 2002, the Ebisu main store opened under the request of the then embassy. The dishes are prepared by chefs invited from Vietnam, allowing you to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine easily while in Japan. Staff dressed in traditional costumes, Ao Dai, welcome you, and the Vietnamese interior and goods decorated in the store, along with the scent of incense burning at the entrance, allow you to enjoy an exotic atmosphere while in Tokyo. <Relocation> In 2022, marking the 20th anniversary, we relocated within Ebisu due to the aging of the building. The number of seats has been reduced to half compared to the old store, but there are counter seats and semi-private rooms available. Also, just like the old store, dogs and cats are allowed inside. We look forward to your continued patronage at the new store.

It is on the 3rd floor of the Time Zone Hilltop Building, which is about a 4-minute walk up the slope along the tracks from the west exit of Ebisu Station (the first floor is a dish shop). We have uploaded an easy-to-follow video on how to get there from the west exit on our Instagram top page.

Chuong Hoang Kain, born on November 9, 1979, in Hue and raised in Ho Chi Minh City. He started by helping his mother, who worked in the culinary field, and trained at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, eventually becoming the head chef. His refined palate and skills, developed from a young age, have received high praise even in authentic Vietnam. After coming to Japan in 2005, he worked as a head chef at a Vietnamese restaurant in Tokyo. He has many fans among culinary enthusiasts and has extensive experience with magazine interviews and media appearances. Other kitchen staff are also interviewed locally, and skill tests are conducted for hiring.

This applies to all time slots for both lunch and dinner, so we would appreciate it if you could prepare for this when you visit.

You can enjoy a variety of dishes in small portions, including fresh spring rolls, daily changing cold dishes, hot dishes, and rice.

This simple salad is enhanced with the refreshing herbs of lemongrass and the acidity of lime. *The octopus is sourced from Kunisaki, Kyushu.

A dish featuring a whole, flavorful premium crab, complemented by the tanginess of the tropical fruit 'tamarind'. *Uses soft shell crab from Thailand.

A classic Vietnamese dish, enjoy the shrimp spring roll with Hanoi-style miso sauce.

You can wrap the dish, put it in pho, or eat it with sauce in your preferred style. The contents of the vegetables may differ from the photo depending on the availability.

We mainly source coriander from a farm in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture.

Steamed spring rolls filled with a variety of ingredients such as wood ear mushrooms and minced meat are often eaten for breakfast in Vietnam. At the Ebisu main store, it has been featured on television and quickly became the number 1 popular menu item. *The photo shows 2 pieces.

Banh Khot, shaped like half of a Japanese takoyaki. The rice flour batter topped with small shrimp is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Inside the coconut-scented skin, it is packed with bean sprouts, shrimp, and pork. Cut with a knife and enjoy with vegetables, dipping it in sauce.

Inside the crispy skin, there is a generous filling of ground pork, potatoes, shrimp, wood ear mushrooms, and vermicelli! Made large and cut into bite-sized pieces, this is the Hanoi style.
