Sai-ro is a Japanese tea cocktail that uses Japanese tea for the first steeping and Kyoto's umeshu from a plum shop for the second steeping, resulting in a refreshing and invigorating taste.
Hojicha Inari Set: Inari sushi cooked with hojicha, rice, and fried tofu. An original menu unique to our store, based on the recipe of the owner's grandmother. Combining elements of Japanese tea, the side dishes are elegant and the menu changes with each visit. Please enjoy.
Three types of raw chocolates from a tea shop: Matcha Salt, Hojicha, and Genmaicha
Ohagi from the tea shop. A full volume of three types of ohagi made only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Refreshing sweetness of anko (sweet red bean paste) with hojicha (roasted green tea), genmaicha (brown rice green tea), and anko.
