Kinki Shabu Shabu started in 2005. It has been more than 17 years since we started. Thanks to your support, we have been well received by our customers. It is served in a special broth and homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice), which is unique to Osaka. If you haven't tried it yet, please give it a try. The vegetables absorb the broth from the kinki, doubling the flavor, and the synergistic effect makes the broth tastier as well. The zosui (rice porridge) is a real delicacy! We have created a luxurious course using kinki from Abashiri. You will be able to enjoy the flavor and sweetness of Abashiri kinki and its superb broth from the beginning to the end of the course. There are two options: shabu-shabu or kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). Please choose the one you prefer. One group can choose either course.
This course features Osaka's first farmed eel, the Buryo eel, grilled, cooked in a pot, and served with a finale. Biryo unagi is an organic eel that has a light flavor without excess fat, but its thick meat is firm and chewy. The nabe, which is cooked in Yuya's special soup stock combined with the umami from the bones of the Bireung eel, is a superb dish! The nabe is a great dish!

This is a luxurious tempura made by frying seasonal vegetables and seafood in premium oil. You can enjoy delicious tempura starting from 330 yen. Ingredients include: shrimp, sweet potato, whiting, lotus root, conger eel, onion, clam, eggplant, crab, asparagus, squid, Manji pepper, zucchini, octopus, bell pepper, seasonal wild vegetables, abalone, and more. Assorted tempura (5-6 types) is available for ¥2750. Seasonal course options are also available. Seasonal tempura course starts from ¥8000.

This is the first farmed eel from Osaka. Despite being light and not greasy, it has a thick texture that is satisfying to eat. It is also the closest to natural farmed eel. The white grilled, kabayaki, and eel hot pot are all exquisite, and the broth infused with umami is the best flavor. Finishing with eel broth over rice is extremely satisfying!

The photo shows the simmered dish of Kinki fish. This is a simmered fish dish cooked in a unique broth by Yuya. Depending on the weather, the seasoning is subtly adjusted to enhance the flavor.
