A basic course of torafugu, but a very satisfying and authentic course. Tekchiri, tessa, karaage, and zosui. This is what one would expect when talking about fugu! The eight-course menu includes, of course, the standard fugu menu, but also includes a variety of other dishes, such as the plump yubiki (boiled fish), collagen-rich nikkori-style stew, and even ice cream to finish off the meal. Many fugu restaurants offer Tōtōmi as a dish that is crunchy and rich in collagen. The skin of the fugu has a double structure. Nabe skin refers to the subcutaneous tissue of the skin used in finger food, and it contains plenty of extracts from the muscle parts of the fugu, enhancing the hot pot dishes.

In fact, it is more popular than Tecchiri. The rice used is 'Koshihikari' from Toyama Prefecture. The final ozoni is a separate stomach, so please enjoy every last grain of rice.
