This is a shochu characterized by the aroma of green apple, combined with Japanese black tea.
We combined shochu with a distinctive banana-like aroma and matcha from Nishio, a tea-producing area in Aichi Prefecture, the hometown of eel.
Using hojicha from Morinonoen, a long-established tea shop in Ningyocho, with shochu that has a muscat aroma.
