The building blends traditional Japanese and Western styles, creating a space with high ceilings that feels pleasant. The dishes are seasoned with care, and each one is elegant and easy to eat. The special quiche with a Japanese twist allows you to enjoy the flavors of each of its three layers, and it is packed with ingredients, providing satisfaction. The combination of sea bream, shrimp, aonori (green seaweed), and cream cheese mousse offers a rich aroma and texture. The daily panna cotta is smooth, and the richness of the fresh cream pairs well with sweet red bean paste and shiratama (rice dumplings). It's also delightful to have the option of salad with beet dressing and to choose between seasoned rice and mixed grain rice.
