It pairs well with mussels steamed in wine, grilled fish, and steamed vegetables.

●Origin: Yamanashi ●Winery: Chateau Jun ●Variety: Carefully selected Koshu grape growers, maturing the same base wine in different types of wooden barrels. This lot is aged for about 10 months in French oak only. It has a soft barrel aroma, with a good balance of acidity and fruitiness, and a slight sweetness in the aftertaste. This wine pairs well with seafood dishes and Mizutaki.
