You must order the excellent white liver that makes you want to shout "one more ‼️" ！！！！ A hole-in-the-wall yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy the owner's meticulous attention to the chicken and excellent cooking! This yakitori restaurant caught my eye while walking around Shinjuku Gyoenmae. It looks like the restaurant has been open for about a year. It has 8 seats at the counter and a private room, which is my personal favorite size! * We ordered the omakase 5-piece course! * After toasting with beer, we started with the appetizer! Boiled mushrooms & konnyaku kinpira! Salad is nice with large tomatoes (**ω`*) * 5 kinds of skewers are available for you to choose from! Sasami Wasabi Chicken wing White liver White Liver Tsukune I was so excited because they were all my favorite skewers. Anyway, they were cooked wonderfully! I especially liked the chicken wings! Juicy and plump! The white liver was so delicious that I was impressed when I ate it✨✨. I also liked the meaty Tsukune. The sauce is so delicious ！！！！ * The owner's recommended sake [WAKAZE] is It is cool and has a strong umami flavor. *I added some more! I had to add more after all! The seseri is very tender and a good choice! White liver I couldn't leave without ordering another one of these! I couldn't leave without ordering another one! * We also asked for a sake of the owner's choice! Shichida Junmai Ginjo Omachi 50 The aroma is elegant, easy to drink and delicious! * To finish, rice with egg/chicken soup! It's so heartwarming! It's not as greasy as it looks, so it's great for the end of the meal! The pickled cucumber is also good! *sigh Next time, I'd like to order a la carte! I'm glad it's reasonably priced! I'm also interested in lunch at a yakitori restaurant...

The yakitori is delicious, but so are the fresh ginger and miso and white liver sashimi. Be warned, however, that the quantity of each dish is about three servings, not one. We asked them to reduce the number of skewers during the course, but it was still more than enough. Next time, I will reduce the quantity of each dish.
