Ebisu, Tokyo Bistro French cuisine that is rumored to "make you want to come back again and again. In Ebisu, there is a place that looks like an authentic Parisian restaurant. As it was my first visit to the restaurant, I had all the specialties and other specialties of the restaurant! The truth is that all the menu items looked so delicious that I couldn't make up my mind and felt incomplete. LOL! A la carte Cider White wine by the glass (Riesling) Bottle of red wine Marinated Mackerel Speaking of Abbess, it is one of the two major specialties. The fat is surprisingly fatty and of high quality. Omelette with autumn truffle and comte cheese The good aroma of truffles and the fluffy texture are delicious. Pie-wrapped baked salmon The tartar accented with the right amount of salt is also good. Roasted Japanese chestnut This is one of the two major specialties at Abbess. It is indeed a superb dish that takes more than one hour to prepare. It is easy to chew without a single crease. It is easy to eat, but every time you bite into it, the juices combine with the meat and it is very tasty. Mont Blanc It is definitely tastier than those sweets stores. It is not too sweet and has a light yet deep taste that is natural and I wanted to eat it again as soon as I finished it. LOL! The taste is even more impressive than I had imagined. The customer service was wonderful and often spoke to me in a caring manner, so I could understand why everyone around me was raving about the food. Each dish is surprisingly large, so if we had gone with about 4 people, we could have ordered a lot more... I would like to go back.
