A must repeat bistro I've been there many times but never posted about it, so here's a past post. The meat here is absolutely delicious! Grilled beef tongue/ramp with accompanying vegetables is a must! They also had my favorite bratina cheese, so of course I ordered that. Adocado and crab tartar were also available. The champagne is poured in a row, which is a nice touch. The waitresses are very nice. When we left, they went all the way up the stairs to see us out. The bottles start at under 3,000 yen, which is very reasonable. If you go with 3 or more people, you can enjoy a variety of dishes.

Today's A5 Japanese beef changes daily. Kata Sankaku (2,200 yen) Grilled lamb chop (2,060 yen) Grilled vegetables for garnish (880 yen) Stewed tripe with tomato (1,230 yen) I am impressed every time I eat tripe here. Charcoal grilled bread with smoked butter (150 yen/piece) Spaghetti with cod and mustard (1,850 yen) Bottles of wine are priced at 2,800 yen 4 people can open 3 bottles of wine for only 5,000 yen per person, which is very cost-effective!

Meat bistro with a high repeat rate Carnegio @ Ebisu Budget: 5,000-6,000 yen Kamenoko (2,200 yen) Kata Sankaku (2,200 yen) Grilled vegetables (880 yen) Strawberry and gorgonzola salad (620 yen) Oven-baked smoked camembert (1,030 yen) Sea bream carpaccio (1,230 yen) I've tried many kinds of char-grilled meat. The combination of these two and the beef tongue are my favorites. Grilled vegetables are a must: ☝︎ Also, I can't say enough good things about the food here. Spicy pasta in a broth made from beef tail soup (1,640 yen) and cheese risotto for the end of the meal! Carbohydrate x Carbohydrate The collaboration of spicy soup filled with tender beef tail and melted cheese is so delicious. Personally, I wished they would have brought the pasta without the pasta, and just put a lot of rice in it from the beginning. I wish they would bring it with more rice instead of pasta.

We had our last meal here in the Heisei era! Charcoal grilled beef tongue and rump (100g from 2,000 yen) Mixed hormone (1,440 yen) Half a garland chrysanthemum bomb (500 yen) I really liked the wine by the glass this day! Bottles are priced from 2,800 yen, which is a very reasonable price. but the quality of the wine by the glass is better. I will keep coming back to this restaurant in 2021!

I like the distance between staff. When I praise the staff, is that true for the entire restaurant? It is different if I say so. But I like the staff because I thought I was good, not all the staff! I mean w When I was having a hard time looking at the menu, I was asked, "Shall I serve a dish for about 4,000 yen for now? I was wondering about the menu, and then he said, "Let's serve around 4,000 yen. Oh! I said, "Yes, that's fine! I said, "So!" and was guided to a satisfactory menu, while being asked about the taste and volume at various points. If you ask for a glass of wine, they will pour it for you. What a pleasant customer service! It's the first time in a long time that I've had such a high level of customer service! The food tastes good too. Or rather, it tastes good. The service is very good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't like the persistent guidance. It makes me feel like I'm just telling you what to eat...
