It is easy to enter near the station, and the interior has a counter, tables, and raised seating, making it a relaxing place. The hegi soba, kneaded with funori, has a pleasant aroma and can be slurped smoothly. When paired with the broth that has a fragrant dashi, the smoothness is further enhanced. The handmade soba is also rich in flavor and goes down easily. The maitake tempura has a crispy batter, and when eaten with salt, the umami stands out. Drinking the soba-yu at the end brings a sense of relief and satisfaction.
