The interior is adorned with glamorous modern Japanese decorations, and you can sit comfortably at both tables and the counter. As soon as you enter, the self-service sake corner catches your eye, and I was excited just choosing from the lined-up brands. There is also a system that suggests options based on your preferences, which allowed me to encounter types of sake I usually don't drink, and I was delighted. The three kinds of tuna sashimi were all incredibly fresh, and it was enjoyable to compare the different flavors in detail. The grilled collar was impressive, rich in fat, with a crispy exterior and moist interior that made it hard to put down my chopsticks. The clam soup was free to refill, so I was able to warm my body while finishing up, and I had a thoroughly satisfying time until the very end.
