Our restaurant is the casual line of the Michelin-starred 'Chinese Cuisine Es Sawada'. While being casual, we have elevated the Chinese bar experience from Osaka to a luxurious level, considering our location in Toranomon. Our dishes are crafted with authentic techniques to highlight the ingredients and pair well with wine! We cherish the deep flavors based on dashi, a part of Japanese food culture, and the space is designed with a Hong Kong-style interior featuring chinoiserie. XO sauce is a combined seasoning born in Hong Kong. It has a flavor enriched by the umami of dried seafood such as dried shrimp and dried scallops, along with the spiciness of chili peppers. The name 'XO' originates from 'extra old,' which refers to a premium grade of brandy.
