Vongsto is a Western-style restaurant located in Chuo-ku, Kobe. The restaurant's menu consists mainly of Western-style dishes such as pasta and hamburgers, and it is well known for its authentic Italian flavor. The vegetable linguine pasta, in particular, has chewy noodles and goes especially well with vegetables. The atmosphere of the restaurant is homey, and at lunch time it is crowded with people working in the neighborhood. The Katsu-meshi is also popular, with the demi-glace sauce going perfectly with the tender and tasty beef cutlet. The delicious taste and excellent service make this restaurant a favorite among repeat customers.
