'Nikka Coffee Gin' is a premium gin based on 'coffee distillate' distilled from ingredients such as malted barley and corn, with Japanese citrus fruits like sansho and yuzu, as well as juniper berries, separately steeped in the 'coffee distillate' to fully extract their aromatic components, and then blended with multiple spirits that have been re-distilled. It features a harmonious blend of the refreshing aroma of Japanese citrus and the spicy scent of sansho, with a sweet mouthfeel that conveys richness, and a complex flavor where botanical-derived aromas intertwine. 'Nikka Coffee Vodka' is a premium vodka blended from multiple 'coffee distillate' distilled from ingredients such as malted barley and corn. To ensure that the flavors of the distillate itself, distilled in the 'coffee still', are distinctly felt, the degree of charcoal filtration is intentionally kept low. This product fully utilizes Nikka's exceptional techniques honed through whisky-making. It features a floral aroma from the malt, a rich sweet aroma reminiscent of caramel from the corn, and a soft, rich, and smooth mouthfeel.
