Senari Sushi was founded in March 2005 in Higashiyodogawa-ku, Osaka City. Since its inception, we have continued to serve sushi using the freshest ingredients and with an emphasis on craftsmanship. We have become a favorite of the local community, and our commitment to quality and service remains unchanged today.

The owner, Mr. Matsumoto, trained for two years at Sushi-Ho in Minamimorimachi and opened "Sennari Sushi" in front of Hankyu Awaji Station in 2005. His restaurant is well known as a Michelin-starred restaurant, having received one star in the Michelin Guide in 2011 and 2012. Matsumoto's commitment to authentic Edomae-style sushi using red vinegar has made him a favorite among many people.
