The calm interior reminiscent of a local town, along with attentive service, makes for a comfortable experience. A La Carte ◇ Buffalo mozzarella cheese served as is, with extra virgin olive oil ◇ A platter of Parma ham, homemade prosciutto cotto, and salami ◇ Homemade sausage from Chiba Prefecture's green tea pork, oven-baked ◇ Janicolo-style Margherita ◇ Seasonal pasta ◇ Janicolo-style tiramisu wrapped in caramel nuts The carefully crafted pizzas are rolled out thin and baked in a wood-fired oven, resulting in a crispy texture. They are light enough that one could easily eat a whole pizza by themselves. All the cold dishes, pasta, desserts, and drinks were delicious! Next, I want to try the carbonara.

Look at this! Oysters, red turnips, and herbs! Red turnips, herbs, and the beautiful colors of this pasta! This pasta is the winner of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Competition, and is the chef's best dish. Romana Genicolo" is one of the few Pizzeria in Japan, located in Azabu Juban. The manager and sommelier of the restaurant is Mr. Watanabe, a former Sabatini legend. Mr. Watanabe is a former legend of Sabatini's. He was the famous manager of Sabatini's until Sabatini's left Japan. The chef is also from Sabatini. This is an excellent Italian restaurant where you can enjoy the warm service of Mr. Watanabe and the delicate saltiness and al dente pasta of Rome. The wine selection was a Campania wine with a mineral taste to match the sea food. The atmosphere and taste are truly Roman Pizzeria. The pizza oven belongs to a famous artisan in Naples. I will visit again for a delicious pizza and pancetta with mozzarella imported directly from Naples. The prices are reasonable Pizzeria prices. Lunch is available from ³,000. It comes with Inca mezames, pumpkin and eggplant, which are baked in the oven and raised to a high sugar content in the restaurant. I will go to this restaurant! It has been a long time since I have experienced the excitement of leaving a restaurant with a grin on my face.

Romana Janicolo", a restaurant that I fell in love with. Not satisfied with lunch, I wanted to know more about the cuisine and taste the restaurant, so I visited the next day for dinner. Pizzeria, not a pizza restaurant, but a pizzeria, with a second position, I was impressed by the tomatoes, the uncooked mozzarella, and the crispy and salty taste of the roma pizza dough. The customers were all smiling with their pizzas, and they were sharing their delight with the waitresses. The guests were continuously impressed by the service of Mr. Watanabe, general manager of Sabatini Legend, and the beautiful, delicate, and aggressive items of the ristorante class, which incorporate the tradition and novelty of Chef Uchino, a young but competition-winning chef. The dish that won the competition was a duck that goes well with Chianti, and I was looking forward to seeing how it paired with the light Chianti. Another beautiful dish came out: duck with herbs and crispy skin, cookies underneath, black sauce and grapes. I thought the black sauce was a safe chocolate, but it was balsamic. The after-dinner drink was my favorite, lemon cello. What four kinds! And the dolce, which we get in restaurants of this class, exquisite and deep without being too sweet, again beautiful. During the meal, I had a lively conversation with Chef Okamura of Pacchia, my favorite restaurant in Juban. Chef Okamura's bold dishes and Chef Uchino's delicate dishes. But they have something in common. They are both aggressive and vigorous in different ways. When I asked them about it, I was told that they are senior and junior members of the same Italian restaurant association. I was convinced. Although it is a casual pizzeria, Chef Watanabe and Chef Uchino's restaurant is a ristorante. We now have two of our favorite Italian restaurants in Juban.

The pasta was again selected with oysters and red turnips, which won the competition. The dish was served in a glass dish with a slightly narrow entrance. The dish was chosen to lock in the aroma so that it could be savored for a long time. Yes, the aroma lasted until the plate was empty. For the pizza, we selected a plump, not overcooked sweet shrimp and arugula salad pizza. The crispy dough is salty with a sprinkling of almonds for texture. The portions were so tasty and generous that we passed on the main course and went with the fromage and dolce. The ease with which you can skip the main course is another reason why I like this restaurant. And here is the dolce! They are lovely, beautiful and delicious! I recommend this restaurant even for the dolce. The chef is thin but a big fan of dolce. You can feel his passion. There are many things I would like to write about, but I would like you to visit this restaurant and taste it for yourself. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant to go with a close friend, I highly recommend Janiccolo, with its powerful pacchia and simple yet delicate flavors, in Juban.

This time, a slightly aged gourmet whom we hadn't seen in a while requested lunch at a stylish and delicious restaurant, so we chose this restaurant where we can make a reservation for lunch. We shared a lunch of pasta and pizza. The first dish was vegetables baked in a pizza oven. Inca awakenings are sweet. Accompanied by the aroma of herbs and olive oil. I am not a big fan of vegetables, but this one was delicious. Seasonal pizza is white fish with sweet yellow tomato sauce. I was also impressed by his single-mindedness and stubbornness, which was also reflected in the dish, even though it was a lunch dish. It was a good change, a new taste. I couldn't resist the photo of the Young Corn & New Eggs Pizza posted by Miki Imai! Janicolo" is a great pizzeria with great cosmetics that changed from a restaurant to love on this visit. As the name "Romana" implies, the main cuisine was from the central part of the country, but as the weather got hotter, many dishes from the south were on the menu. While we were wondering what to order, Chef Uchino appeared and asked us if we would like to leave the appetizers to him. I was so happy to hear that he was going to leave the appetizers to us. Of course we did. And then came the appetizer course! First, a dish of rice stretched, boiled down with malted rice and deep-fried, and an amuse made into a sorbet were served in a bowl with Japanese elements, a delightful start to the meal. From fava bean and gizzard fritters to young corn, pictured by Miki Imai, with a knife so that you can get a beautiful beard. The large young corn is crispy and sweet, and the beard is delicious. Lightly dressed horse mackerel and Uikyo salad with mango, radish, arugula, and Uikyo jus. It is served with a mango sauce that is just the right amount of mango, not too ripe and not too pale. A beautiful and exquisite dish that took a lot of time and effort. The foie gras mousse was served with pie crust. You can tell from every dish that the chef enjoys cooking. The pizza also mimics the post and is a new ball. Smoked cheese, anchovies and prosciutto ham. The saltiness matches perfectly with the new egg. Pasta was crusty and crab. It was delicious. A bottle of sparkling wine and a choice of plum and lemon from the impressive five kinds of cellos, and the bill was just under ³,000 per person. We will not be able to go to other restaurants. The restaurant has a variety of customers, including men on their own, on light dates, and at parties. When a large pizza is brought to the table, everyone, except one man, exclaims in amazement at the lively and cheerful atmosphere. I am sad but happy to see that it is getting harder and harder to get a reservation at "Janiculum", a restaurant that makes my heart grow fonder each time I visit. Even after a few days, the happy afterglow is still lingering. This time, we visited for the summer staple, corn fritters. The sweet, fresh corn comes from Higashikurume. Freshness is the name of the game, so they use the morning catch. The beautiful presentation and the fact that the corn is carefully roasted in a kettle so as not to burn the corn kernels, which are not for eating, are more time-consuming than the fritters. The fish was sardine confit and grilled conger eel. The beautiful presentation and sauces show that the chef truly loves his cuisine, which can be felt directly from every plate. For pasta, when we ordered the standard pasta of crab and crustacean, Mr. Dandy Watanabe asked us if we would like to add okra, a summer vegetable. Of course I did, and the okra gave the dish a refreshing taste that was truly delicious. The lasagna was filled with boiled eggs and would be a good appetizer. Chef Uchino, who had been in Rome for a while, visited the main restaurant of Sabatini, where he is from, as well as many other famous restaurants. His elegant taste is now more aggressive and is expected to gain more momentum in the future. And the homemade cheroot to close the meal was seven different kinds. The realm of a geek. This seasonal dish is an aromatic pasta with lightly anchovy-infused brown mushrooms shaved raw. A new creation is oven-baked pork belly, rolled into a round ball with lots of herbs and spices. It is served with a honey sauce and pickled yellow zucchini for garnish. It is so delicious that you will forget that you don't like pork. The classic Margherita is a must-try pizza. It is a wonderful dish with the aroma of semi-dried tomatoes and fresh buffalo mozzarella that is so warm and chewy. It is different from the pizza from our favorite pizzeria Strada, positioned as a secondo, a pizza that quietly makes its presence felt without interfering with the other dishes. Great food, great servings and great value for money, about 6000 yen per person if you don't order expensive wine. The chef loves dolce, and the dolce are beautiful and pleasing to the eye for those who love sweets. The restaurant is cute and always crowded, recommended for a date, a girls' night out, or a group.

The No. 1 Italian restaurant for everyday use in Azabu Juban! The chef and owner, both winners of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Competition, are from Sabatini, and the restaurant "Janicolo" is an unbelievably cost-effective restaurant. The fresh pasta noodles are made by manually pressing the noodles to a firm consistency, rather than using a machine. The difference from other restaurants is that the fresh pasta is now on the menu, which is semi-dried to make it even more chewy. We were shown the pasta workbench, with a photo on it! The beef tomato sauce is simple but brings out the acidity and sweetness of the tomatoes, and is filled with Parmegiano. It is amazing. It is different from fresh pasta like udon noodles, and wonderfully al dente. Like Principio, I was impressed by the texture, which I could not encounter in Japan. And in autumn, Tanba wild boar cooked in red wine. The shiny sauce was harmonized with vinegar and a unique aroma, and the deep flavor melted in your mouth like a slow-cooked beef tendon. The mascarpone crepe wrapping that accompanies it adds a new freshness to the dish. I'm here. Another autumn menu item is the Pizza with 14 kinds of mushrooms. We had a hard time deciding between prosciutto and anchovy, but we were able to choose half-and-half. The pizzas here are truly delicious. It is thick enough to be easily transferred to the main course, and has a firm yet elegant taste. The oyster fritters were battered with aosa. Italian food that makes your heart dance. A popular restaurant that is always fully booked. Janicolo" is a good place for a fun group where everyone is cheerful and talkative with delicious food. Every time you visit, you will be impressed by the new dishes and the variety of cello will increase. This time, I visited for the white asparagus and baby sardine pizza, which makes me feel the spring. Also, I was somewhat nervous when the chef messaged me that he had something to report to Mr. Date. When I visited, the chef came to my table with a twinkle in his eye and recommended me to try his new veal dish, which he was very proud of. I was a bit disappointed, but I was happy to order it. The veal was cooked at low temperature to bring out the tenderness and sweetness, and the sauce was made with anchovies! The sauce was made with anchovies, and we enjoyed it with fresh mushrooms and arugula. Each dish is beautifully colored, and the elaborate presentation is enchanting. The owner, Mr. Watanabe, says that he lets the chef create his new dishes as he pleases while tasting them. A word of advice: don't forget the simplicity of Italian cuisine.
