A red wine produced by classmates from Shiga Prefecture, made at the Sorairo Winery. Produced in Omihachiman by producer Kiyotaka Misaki, using the Sangiovese variety. It has low tannins, a beautiful color, and a smooth texture. Pairs excellently with mozzarella skewers and the umami of cheese. Since it uses young grapes, it has less of the typical astringency of red wine and is served chilled, making it light and easy to drink! Bottle price: 6000 yen.
