Yakitōri Matsuoka

This is an omakase course of Jidori chicken grilled with Kishu-binchotan charcoal with exquisite heat. In addition to yakitori, this course includes "a la carte" chicken dishes, char-grilled "seasonal vegetables," and other "around 20 dishes" that you can enjoy to your heart's content. All of our skewers, including rare internal organs, are made from "Black King" Kuro Satsuma chicken. While most jidori are raised for 80 to 100 days, "Kuro-oh" is raised carefully and carefully for 150 days in the best natural environment.
