This chicken is produced under a consistent management system that starts with the breeding of Cobb breed chickens based on White Plymouth Rock, and includes egg-laying, hatching, raising, and processing. In the blessed natural environment at the foot of Daisen in Tottori, they are carefully raised with plenty of clean air and fresh groundwater, under thorough hygiene management. Additionally, after 28 days of age, they are fed antibiotic-free feed and raised in free-range conditions for about one week longer than usual, for a total of 58 to 60 days, resulting in a balanced fat content and juicy, flavorful meat. During the processing for shipment, an air chiller system using cold air is introduced instead of the conventional water treatment to suppress bacterial contamination and reproduction. This results in no water absorption, minimal drip loss, and ensures fresh, delicious, and safe chicken that is good for the body.
