The restaurant has several floors, with comfortable seating options including counters, tables, and cozy sunken seating. The staff is pleasant and the service is smooth, making you feel at ease. The specialty is bonito dishes, and the seared bonito with salt and sauce, infused with the aroma of straw burning, highlights the umami flavor. First, try it with garlic, wasabi, and myoga on salt, then change the flavor with yuzu ponzu for an even more delicious experience. There are also meat dishes and simmered beef tendon, which are soaked in a sweet and savory broth that makes you want to keep eating. The fragrant sushi is also easy to enjoy, and I was satisfied until the very end.
