We offer three parts of Japanese beef from all over Japan that are in the best condition at the time, ranging from tender parts with sashi (a grain of rice) to lean parts where you can feel the umami of the meat.
Japanese beef with a pedigree of Japanese black cattle is simmered in a warishita made from "naturally brewed soy sauce" rich in flavor and "blackstrap molasses" from Okinawa, and served with our signature "kokumi tamago" (egg), which is born from red chicken.
