The main ingredient, Satsuma sweet potato, is sourced from the local Tanegashima region, using the 'Shiro Satsuma' variety. It brings out a rich sweet potato aroma, and from the moment you taste it, you can enjoy a soft and rounded gentle flavor.

This is a genuine sweet potato shochu made with our unique technology using 'Kojuku Imo'. It has a surprisingly wide and vibrant aroma reminiscent of lychee. It features a sweet and mellow flavor with a clean aftertaste.
Despite being barley, it has a mellow richness, and because it is barley, it has a sharp aftertaste. This is a unique authentic barley shochu made at Tanoshimaru Brewery located in Tanushimaru Town, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, using 100% Hokkaido barley, black koji, and distilled under normal pressure.
