We offer various types of pork. On the day, we will guide you at the table. Additionally, cabbage and rice can be refilled. Berkshire, Duroc, Mangalitsa, Manchurian pig, Middle Yorkshire, Saddleback, Schwäbisch-Hall (Duroc pig), Kinka pig, San Gen pig (LDB, Chami pig, Running pig), etc.
Starting with a katsu sandwich, the tonkatsu is served one piece at a time, accompanied by appetizers and dessert, making it a full course of tonkatsu. We use carefully selected breeds of pork such as Mangalica and Manchurian pigs, and we change everything from the cuts and cooking methods to the batter and sauce for each serving. For the finale, we offer katsu ochazuke or katsu curry. Finally, we prepare warabi mochi and black tea.
