Bar MICHIya's luxurious fish course is full of delicacies from the sea. This course is possible because we go to the market to purchase fish! We use special ingredients that we purchase on that day! Blowfish, crab, and Kue (Kuei) are also available upon request! Meat dishes are also available!

Aqua Pazza is a dish where seafood is steamed with white wine. At Michiya, instead of white wine, we use cooking sake and Noilly Prat, a type of vermouth used in making martinis, for cooking. And at the end, instead of risotto, we add seasoned rice and bind it with egg to create a delicious soup. This is also very tasty, so please give it a try.
