The atmosphere is calm and inviting, making it a comfortable place for locals to visit. It takes a little time to prepare the dishes after ordering, but the freshness of the sashimi is excellent as a result. The seafood bowl features glistening salmon roe in the center, allowing you to enjoy various textures of sashimi. The sea bream rice is served with a slightly sweet sauce mixed with egg, which you can easily enjoy with the rice after dipping the pieces of sea bream. Pouring the sauce over the rice at the end creates a wonderful harmony that makes it hard to stop eating. The freshly fried horse mackerel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and it's best enjoyed while it's still hot.
