In a quiet space with only a counter, it's the best to watch the artisan skillfully prepare eel right in front of you. The eel grilled over charcoal is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with an irresistible savory aroma. You can enjoy surprisingly diverse arrangements such as grilled eel wrapped in seaweed with caviar and Peking duck-style finished with sweet bean sauce. The side dishes are also of high quality, including Tosa vinegar jelly with spring vegetables and shellfish, steamed dishes with lily bulbs, and rich bone broth ramen. To finish, there are dashi chazuke and melt-in-your-mouth warabi mochi prepared right in front of you, keeping the excitement going until the end. There is a wide variety of drinks, including beer, sake, and wine that pair well with eel, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely and luxurious time.
