Located on the upper floors of a building, the elevator leads to a small staircase, creating a bit of a secret base feel that is exciting. Inside, there is a long white wooden counter that makes for a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The sashimi is of high quality, and the umami of the seafood is well conveyed, which was satisfying. The thick shiitake mushrooms stuffed with shrimp paste and the grilled scallops with fresh wheat gluten in butter soy sauce also have a wonderful aroma, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The mixed yukke don is also impressive, allowing for a delicious experience until the end. The attentive service and gentle hospitality provide a sense of comfort and make the place feel welcoming.
