We take fresh ingredients from farmers in Itoshima and Fukuoka, and our steamed dishes are proud to enhance their pure flavors. Simple yet deeply flavorful steamed shabu-shabu, steamed Saga beef, and Hakata jidori chicken are the stars of the dishes. Our homemade ponzu adds a perfect accent to these dishes, creating an astonishingly good marriage with carefully selected sake from all over Japan. We have a rich selection of shochu and sake from Kyushu, which elevates the overall deliciousness of the dishes.

The warm interior features an open kitchen, allowing guests to enjoy the vibrant process of cooking. You can choose between counter seats and table seats, and the lighting incorporates a design inspired by a steamer, showcasing creativity throughout the space. Luxurious use of natural wood creates a calm atmosphere with a playful touch. Private use is available for groups of 10 or more, making special occasions even more festive. This high-quality space can be utilized for various scenes, such as anniversaries and farewell parties.

Rooted in the land of Hakata, we continue to provide fresh ingredients in collaboration with local farmers. To achieve local production for local consumption centered around Itoshima, we visit farmers once a week and have built a relationship of trust. Not only are we loved by the local people, but we are also steadily increasing our reputation as a presence that spreads our name among tourists.
