First of all, the owner and everyone was really friendly. The owner and everyone was really friendly, good at talking, fun and comfortable... It was really, really fun! I found myself there for 3 hours and a half (sorry). *The course was "a sure hit" with the ladies. I can assure you that the course is "sure to please" the ladies. 〜The colorful anniversary plan by &ℂ. Tiffany's luxury tableware and Edomae Sushi Collaboration ✨✨ This is a pretty serious must-see for men. ‼️ (You should book it for a date or anniversary. ❤️) And of course with friends and family... ☺️ Chopsticks are original by Suigetsu. Windy, cute and exciting... * Toast with Veuve Clicquot Usually we drink beer, but champagne is nice too! * Appetizers. Wasabi cod roe Hokkaido rock mussels Okinawa's taimaunun and Akita's water shield greens Sea bream with cream cheese On such pretty tableware. I love the fact that they are served on such pretty tableware with austere snacks! I really love all of them. I love them all! My favorite is the wasabi cod roe. I drank two glasses of it because it goes well with champagne! * Zori Zuwai crab salad! The crab is the main ingredient in this dish. The sweetness of the crab and the flavor and texture of the wasabi are delightful! * Sushi Flathead Flounder Natural sea bream from Akashi Squid A large glass plate, of course ✨. The small size of the rice and the not-too-tight red vinegar make it easy to eat! I love the Himalayan pink rock salt and the I love the karasumi on top of the squid ❤️❤️ * Here is a sake from Fukushima Prefecture, the owner's hometown. He served it to us with "Ore no Deban" recommendation. It's a dry, refreshing sake that matches the coolness of the label. It is easy to drink and delicious! * Here it is... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sushi Suigetsu's "Famous Unotan Kurabe"! If you want to see this sparkle I recommend you to visit early in the day! * Aomori Prefecture Murasaki Sea Urchin Buffoon sea urchin from Atsugishi, Hokkaido "Four-Year Sea Urchin from Yono Sea Urchin Farm in Iwate Prefecture, salted sea urchins (two kinds)." *Serving A spoonful of rice on a spoon. First, just the top sea urchin with chopsticks! Hahooooooooo ❤️❤️ happy and delicious ‼️ The salted sea urchin was more melty and I liked it better!
