This is the most popular special course at Yonichi Hanare, which incorporates seasonal vegetables and a dish of Japanese black beef into the course.
You can choose your main hot pot! This is a special women's party course that includes a la carte dishes using seasonal ingredients, our best clam shabu shabu shabu or Japanese black beef shabu shabu shabu in beef tail soup, and 2 hours of all-you-can-drink.

A flavorful beef tail soup made by simmering beef tails and aromatic vegetables for 10 hours, served with black Wagyu beef shabu shabu and onions directly shipped from Awaji Island. This is our restaurant's signature hot pot.
This exquisite tail soup is prepared as a hot pot with a special doubanjiang sauce added. The spiciness from Sichuan pepper and spices is addictive. Enjoy it with cilantro.
