We provide high-quality and affordable meat! Our beef is sourced mainly from the Kyushu region without fixing the production area or brand, allowing us to procure safe and good meat each day. The meat is selected based on nearly 50 years of experience in the wholesale market and is cut using the techniques of a butcher. Specifying a production area or brand can increase costs and limit the selection of meat, which may prevent us from obtaining the best meat of the day. Of course, there are days when we do procure branded beef such as 'XX Beef'!

The fat has a solid sweetness, and there is no peculiar smell of pork! Please enjoy the rock salt with homemade blended fried garlic and several types of herbs!
