Our 'yakitori' and other grilled skewers are carefully grilled over charcoal. There may be times when you have to wait depending on the time of day, and we appreciate your understanding. Additionally, we grill them slightly lighter, so you may see some redness, but the charcoal temperature is high, and there is no change in hygiene or meat quality.
