Starting with the Taiwanese breakfast staple "Radish Rice Cake," followed by "Ham Sui Kow," a little-known but standard item in Hong Kong and Taiwanese dim sum, our popular black vinegar pork and assorted dim sum, and finally, the standard Taiwanese lunch dishes such as "Lu Mei" rice and Chinese porridge.
