Starting with the Taiwanese breakfast staple "Radish Rice Cake," followed by "Ham Sui Kow," a little-known but standard item in Hong Kong and Taiwanese dim sum, our popular black vinegar pork and assorted dim sum, and finally, the standard Taiwanese lunch dishes such as "Lu Mei" rice and Chinese porridge.

The handmade dough is rested overnight to develop a chewy texture, which is then carefully rolled out into ultra-thin wrappers. These ultra-thin wrappers encase a filling made of collagen-rich chicken broth and pork. Just like in the original, both the filling and the wrappers are made by hand, resulting in a taste that is truly that of a renowned restaurant. The thin, chewy wrappers burst with rich soup, spreading umami throughout your mouth. Xiangmen's soup dumplings have no unpleasant odor, so you can enjoy them deliciously without the need for ginger or black vinegar.
